Beyonce Dubai 2023 gig at Atlantis The Royal will mark comeback for megastar

Megastar singer Beyonce is being lined up to perform at an Atlantis Hotel in Dubai

Beyonce will perform a Dubai show early in 2023, according to media reports in the UK.

The megastar singer has not staged a full-length concert since 2018, but has been tempted by a $24m offer to play at an Atlantis Hotel in Dubai, reports the Sun newspaper.

The 43-storey Atlantis The Royal hotel expected to host its Grand Reveal celebrity-packed opening party at the end of January, it seems likely that Beyonce in Dubai in 2023 will be part of the hotel’s opening plans.

According to a source quoted in the Sun: “Beyonce is being lined up to sing at Atlantis as part of a huge, luxury event in January.

“The hotel has put on a range of massive performances recently, with Kylie Minogue booked in to perform on New Year’s Eve.

“It is part of a star-studded line-up of celebrations the hotel is putting on.”

The Beyonce Dubai 2023 gig is being lined up for January 21.

Beyonce has not performed in stage to an audience since an appearance at the Global Citizen Festival in Johannesburg.

The rumoured Dubai gig would be a global event, with UK singer Robbie Williams and DJs Swedish House Mafia also set to perform the same weekend.

The opening of the original Atlantis Dubai hotel was a major celebrity event with guests including Robert DeNiro, Priyanka Chopra and Kylie Minogue. 14 years later the Atlantis The Royal may eclipse the 2008 opening for star power.

The stunning Atlantis The Royal hotel will house house 90 swimming pools – including a rooftop infinity pool on the 22nd floor, and celebrity-backed restaurants from Gastón Acurio, Costas Spiliadis, Ariana Bundy, Heston Blumenthal and José Andrés.
